20180721 - SG Connect : Don’t just do something, stand there!
A delightful sharing experience with IAF Singapore community, I feel fully energised and over 90% of the time, I was just standing there, appreciating the beautiful energy and animated discussion. The only “challenge” I had was my own internal dialogue... the urge to say something to “add value”. Thankfully the workshop theme keeps me focus and aware, and I also had Principle #4 Let People be Responsible posted on a wall right before me to remind myself.  
Thank you to Gerauld Wong who inspires me to do a workshop for my own learning and experiment, and thank you IAF Singapore council for the wonderful support. 

Highly recommend the book, Don’t just do something, stand there; there are great tips and processes and stories, at the same time, it goes into our “self”: principle 7 - make friends with anxiety, 8 - get used to projections...  
I know this will be a resource that I keep going back to in the years to come.
