2018年是我們逐漸演變的一年....
不變的是我們的活動仍然好多（共18項本地及外地活動），參加人數也一直保持（很多時候入埸門票因為活動類型，場地規劃而有所限制，令一早爆滿情況經常發生）。
我們一如既往，有很多有心有力的分享者包括創會會長Lilian, 多位會員，本地及國際各方翹楚，每次分享都作多番準備，認真及慷慨地傾囊相授。加上一班中堅friends and fans 經常出席及支持，逢請必到，逢到必歡樂地逐首一堂，每次好像開學習Party。
再加上一班 Board Members Amy Chan (Vice Chair), Candice Lam (Secretary and Treasurer), Rita Chan and Steven Mak (Board Members)鼎力支持，於台前幕後獻策出力，兼粉墨登場，且定期在夜裏頂著肚餓頂著一天工作後的勞累開 Zoom Meetings。每次活動幕後安排都需要細心思量，在繁簡枝節成效尋根中不斷琢磨，不斷作策略性取捨，大家全部是義務付出...這些點點滴滴，很是感恩。
而今年的變化有三......
- 參加的朋友多元了（逐漸多了新面孔)— 這對IAFHK 很重要，因為我們的目的是Build Better Hong Kong through Meaningful Dialogue。讓多元之人願意走在一起，願意及有能力去互聽彼此聲音/出發㸃/背後所盼所懼，或平靜或火花中聽到「同」，或明白或尊重「異」在哪裡⋯⋯
- 我們的合作夥伴多元了— 與Microsoft 合作，把Facilitation 帶入NGOs，討論以科技，人性化地為NGO 的服務對象設想創新點子；又，與Agile Hong Kong 合作，把其中一個最有挑戰性的Retrospective Meeting, 以facilitation 做到有人性。
- 我們的「外展」多了— 我們今年有五次國際分享，也作了些科技上新嘗試，用Zoom 分小組，各式小點子，去engage 虛擬空間的參與者。
我們不求力臻至境，因為我們相信這裏人人都是同行的學習者，總有跌跌踫踫，總有錯誤中, 嘗試中成長。
2019年，我們希望更廣泛與大家一起學習有意義的對話(Meaningful Dialogue), 為我們共存的這個香港，這個家，盡一分力。
