Ivy is the principal consultant of Inspire Vital Yours which is of focus in executive coaching, facilitating leaders’ development and organizational transformation. Prior to the practice in consulting field, she held different leadership roles in Human Resources in Global and leading Corporations in diverse industries including financial, consumer goods, luxury sector and property development.
Ivy believes that the increasing complicated operating environments and emerging multitudinous groups of stakeholder compound the complexity in interactions and communications, facilitation appears to be even more demanded as it helps open up space for participation, generate creativity, raise clarity and cultivate meaningful aligned results.
Ivy has an MSc in Organizational Behaviour (London University), an MBA (University of Hull) and a BA (Hong Kong Baptist University) and she is a Project Management Professional (PMI).
CHENG Yi-yi, DebbySecretary
Debby is an experienced non-profit projects manager and is now leading Social Design projects to tackle Population Ageing issues. As a social advocate for labour rights, food justice, mitigation and resilience of climate changes, Debby is always exposed to people from all walks of life. She enjoys communicating to people, understanding their motivations and pains, and transform all these life experiences into drives of social changes.
In 2015, Debby came to know about facilitation and was fascinated about the role of facilitators in mobilizing collective wisdoms. She feels excited to learn and contribute to the IAF community.
Debby received her Bachelor Degree in Anthropology and Master Degree in Global Political Economy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Debby is a journalist in her early career.
LAM Hou-heung CandiceTreasurer
Coming from a grass-root family, Candice Lam is grateful for her parents who made extra effort to provide her with opportunities for education and professional development. She attained a Diploma in Social Work from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Diploma in Social Planning in Developing Countries, and a Master of Science degree in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a registered social worker.
With a professional background in social work, social planning, and social policy and administration, Candice had worked in rehabilitation services and student development, specialized in organizational governance and development. She was the deputy chief executive officer of The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation for over 17 years, and now the College Secretary of Shaw College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Candice is a founding member of the International Association of Facilitators - Hong Kong, and currently the Secretary and Treasurer, after experiencing the power of facilitation and becomes interested in it.
FENG Zhen-zhen DoraDirector
Ms. Dora FENG is a seasoned facilitator with extensive corporate experience. She has a multicultural background and has serviced in people development and growth for years in several listed companies including investment and telecommunication industries. In her talent development expertise, she has experiences in leading programs for companies from all sized in diverse industries.
She is passionate in facilitation and believes facilitation can be an effective tool to stimulate wisdom generation and lead a fruitful conversation among participants from different background. And she is still in the learning journey to be a professional facilitator.
She holds a Master Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management and a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences (Hons.) in Communication from Hong Kong Baptist University.
CHAN Shuk-kwan LoweneDirector
Hello, my name is Lowene and I am excited to introduce myself as a new board member of IAF International Association of Facilitators. I am a design strategist who is passionate about human-centered design and making the world more inclusive by bridging humanity and technology. My work experience has been mostly with corporate clients such as HSBC and Cathay Pacific Airline. In addition to my professional work, I spend a lot of time involved in community projects, specifically applying innovation processes and facilitation to help NGOs and people in the community develop value propositions and strategies for social impact.I believe that facilitating is an effective process that brings people together and enables everyone to contribute to optimized outcomes. That is why I want to promote the power of facilitation through IAF and help people apply this magic to co-create a more inclusive, supportive, and effective community.I am excited to be a part of this organization and look forward to working with everyone to further its mission.
LO Siu-yin, AnitaDirector
Anita’s main focus is on expanding people’s capacity for leadership, insights and contributions. Her work involves coaching, facilitation, assessment, learning design and HR consulting. Before starting her career in human resources development, she has spent a number of years in various marketing and management positions.
Anita has a deep passion in helping people learn and grow and she finds that facilitation skills can help create a safe space for people to speak up, to explore and to learn together. She is interested in promoting the use of facilitation skills in schools and in community development.
Anita holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts Degree in Anthropology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong as well as a Master of Science Degree in Performance Management from the Leicester University.
