Systems thinking includes a series of tools and methods, which support us to see the systemic structure that underlies the issues and help us to find the entry point to induce positive and sustainable systems change.

2. Systems mapping exercise
3. Discussion on the potential application of systems thinking in facilitation

[About the Facilitator]: Ivan Huang (黃意鈞) - International Association of Facilitators: Taiwan Chapter
Ivan Huang (黃意鈞), IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, originally thought he would study Ph.D. and became a professor. The journey turned, and he bumped into the field of facilitation. With his high interest in systems thinking and eagerness to deepen his understanding of Peter Senge's work, Ivan studied “European Master Programme in System Dynamics” in Europe from 2015 to 2017. He will share his learning from Europe in this sesson.

Majority of Ivan's current clients are from public and civic sectors. Currently, he works as a facilitator in Open Quest Facilitation Technology and as an associate consultant in Systemica.
